Pharmareferent (m/w/d) for the Diabetes indication to cover the Berlin territory (Tempelhof-Schöneberg, Neukölln, Treptow-Köpenick, Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Lichtenberg).

What you'll do

• Conduct professional sales discussions with general and specialist physicians using the Lilly Selling Model.
• Use personal, digital, and hybrid communication channels for selling activities.
• Independently implement sales and marketing strategies and create clear territory and action plans.
• Manage the territory using CRM and analytics/QI tools and identify trends and priorities.
• Build and expand networks and opinion leaders in your area to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Plan and moderate trainings for medical groups both on-site and digitally.

What you'll need

• Have a completed natural science or business/economics degree plus training as a “geprüfter Pharmareferent” under §75 AMG.
• Have at least 2 years of successful activity in pharmaceutical field sales.
• Demonstrate strong sales drive and a results-oriented, partnership-focused approach.
• Be able to understand the disease area, clinical studies, the brand, and the competitive environment.
• Use digital communication channels and modern technologies confidently.
• Have good English skills in speaking and writing.

Details

• Location: Germany (Remote) and territory includes Berlin districts: Tempelhof-Schöneberg, Neukölln, Treptow-Köpenick, Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Lichtenberg.
• Includes travel readiness within the territory; residence should not be more than 50 km from the territory boundary.
• Driving license: Class B.
