Pre Sales Intern

Overview

Pre-Sales Intern role at Atlys to help turn customer interest into confident decisions and successful conversions, handling early travellers' conversations about visa options.

What you'll do

• Engage and qualify potential customers across calls, chats and email by understanding their travel needs and guiding them towards the right Atlys solution.
• Explain our products and visa processes clearly so customers understand their options, feel confident in their decisions and know what happens next.
• Support lead conversion through timely follow-ups, addressing customer questions and objections, and helping move potential customers towards a decision.
• Learn from customer conversations by identifying recurring questions, pain points and opportunities to improve conversion and the overall customer experience.
• Work closely across teams with Sales, Marketing, Fulfilment and Product while maintaining accurate lead and interaction data.

What you'll need

• Communicate clearly and confidently, and can simplify complex information into easy, human conversations.
• Persuasive without being pushy, with strong empathy and the ability to understand what a customer actually needs.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Details

• Duration: 6 months.
• Stipend & Incentives: ₹25,000/month plus uncapped incentives.
• Full-time opportunity: strong performers could receive a PPO for a full-time role at Atlys.
• Location: Delhi HQ.
• Schedule: 6-day week, Monday to Friday in-office and a rotational WFH shift on either Saturday or Sunday.
