Overview

Principal Product Manager to lead LinkedIn Learning and Career Hub, defining and driving product strategy and execution with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Define the vision for how LinkedIn Learning can help enterprise customers upskill their workforce.
• Use product usage, behavioral, customer insights, and sales performance data to form hypotheses and run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, operations, and sales to execute discovery and retention experiences.
• Align product roadmaps with customer needs, market trends, and broader LinkedIn strategy with go-to-market teams.
• Help lead strategy for agentic investments to drive customer outcomes.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of experience in product management or an equivalent role.
• BS/BA degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience testing and experimentation using data analytics to improve product discovery, retention, and reengagement.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their marketplace relevance.
• Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams.
