Principal User Experience Designer

Overview

Principal User Experience Designer to own the evolution of core travel booking flows for flights and hotels as a high-level individual contributor.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design of complex flights and hotel booking journeys.
• Use advanced user flow mapping to eliminate friction and optimize conversion.
• Integrate high-fidelity motion design and contribute to a mature design system.
• Mentor and grow junior designers through demonstration and guidance.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to translate metrics and A/B test results into design improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to keep experiences technically feasible and consistent across web and mobile.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• A deep portfolio focused on complex B2C transactional flows (E-commerce or Travel experience is a significant plus).
• Expertise in information architecture and user flow design.
• Skills in motion design and experience contributing to large-scale design systems.
• Ability to communicate the rationale behind design decisions to senior leadership.
• Hands-on, pixel-focused mindset.
