Product Manager - Marketplace

Overview

Product Manager for Target’s Marketplace Portal (Seller Central), focused on developing product plans/OKRs and delivering end-to-end experiences for third-party sellers on Target.com.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product team and stakeholders to develop product plans and objectives (OKRs).
• Conduct product discovery to gather customer feedback and relevant data to prioritize product direction.
• Work with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver the product.
• Own the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritizing for highest impact.
• Support Marketplace Portal (Seller Central) by connecting with enterprise systems for third-party seller experiences.
• Address partner pain points across APIs and points of connection/interaction.
• Implement compliance, scalability, and initiatives to drive marketplace growth.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of product management experience (or equivalent domain experience).
• Technical aptitude and customer empathy.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in writing use cases and BRDs and using data-driven prioritization.
• Strong communication skills.
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
