What you'll do

• Lead product marketing strategy for ChatGPT consumer subscriptions.
• Partner with Product, Pricing, and Growth to define plan audience, positioning, value proposition, and priority use cases.
• Identify monetization opportunities and own integrated campaigns that drive new features into reasons to adopt or upgrade.
• Translate customer, competitive, market, and behavioral insights into recommendations for pricing and packaging decisions.
• Lead strategy and customer story for pricing and plan pages across ChatGPT.com and OpenAI.com.
• Coordinate pricing and plan changes tied to product launches across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Develop launch and adoption strategies across the marketing journey from awareness to trial.

What you'll need

• Led product marketing for consumer subscriptions and was accountable for quarterly growth and monetization targets (paid adoption and free-to-paid conversion).
• Sound judgment on monetization, pricing, and packaging.
• Ability to turn customer research, market signals, competitive analysis, and behavioral data into actionable positioning and recommendations.
• Experience building premium positioning and value propositions for distinct paid plans.
• Ability to lead complex launches and coordinated plan changes across multiple partners and workstreams.
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders and the ability to align without formal authority.
