Record to Report Ops Associate

Overview

Record to Report Ops Associate focused on end-to-end intercompany accounting activities across multiple legal entities.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end intercompany accounting for trade and non-trade transactions.
• Prepare, validate, and post journal entries including accruals and intercompany adjustments.
• Perform daily, weekly, and period-end matching, clearing, and reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
• Generate intercompany matching and ageing reports and resolve unmatched or aged items.
• Coordinate with trading partners and local finance teams to obtain confirmations and resolve disputes.
• Support month/quarter/year-end close and intercompany elimination, consolidation, and group reporting.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation (bachelor’s degree not explicitly limited in the text to a field requirement).
• Strong Record-to-Report knowledge and sound accounting judgement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Experience with reconciliation and workflow tools such as BlackLine, Cadency, ReconSmart, or ServiceNow.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
