Overview

Renewals Manager for EMEA (India-based) who leads a team of renewal representatives to achieve renewal rate and ACV targets and support customer retention and growth.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of renewal representatives.
• Achieve and exceed renewal rate and ACV business targets across segments (commercial, mid-market, enterprise).
• Enable, support, and coach renewals representatives.
• Partner with regional sales leadership and the EMEA renewals leadership team.
• Accurately forecast business performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team and external partners/distributors.

What you'll need

• Experience leading a team of renewal representatives (manager responsibility stated).
• Ability to achieve renewal rate and ACV business targets (targets stated).
• Experience coaching/ enabling a team (coaching stated).
