Reporting Analyst

Overview

Reporting Analyst to produce routine and ad hoc commercial operations reporting and analytics.

What you'll do

• Deliver timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on commercial pipeline and KPIs.
• Create and respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Sales Operations leadership.
• Contribute reporting and analysis support for commercial projects.
• Collaborate to identify process improvement and automation opportunities for reporting and BI.
• Produce recurring commercial reporting including pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze pipeline health and forecasting metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support reporting automation and BI by improving dashboards and streamlining data processes.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Reporting Analytics, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard development proficiency.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and large dataset analysis.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, KPI reporting, and commercial performance analysis.
• Experience with enterprise-level data governance, reporting accuracy, and data compliance best practices.
