Sales Coordinator

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage the flow of orders and dispatches between our customers, sales team, and warehouse. You'll be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, keeping everything organized, tracked, and moving smoothly from order placement to delivery.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with key customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and special requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, dispatches, invoices, and customer communications in Tally and Excel
• Track orders end-to-end using order management systems and Google Sheets, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Liaise between the sales team and warehouse to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
• Generate reports on order metrics, dispatch status, and inventory levels to support decision-making

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or warehouse operations
• Strong proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive, go-getter attitude with a genuine drive to learn and deliver results

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar customer management platforms
• Familiarity with order tracking and inventory management systems
• Experience working in fast-paced, growing businesses
