Sales Development Associate 1

Overview

The Sales Development Associate 1 is an Inside Sales team member responsible for generating early-stage pipeline through proactive outbound outreach and collaboration with Business Development and service-line resources.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, social channels, and intent-based tools.
• Run discovery sessions to articulate a clear, tailored value proposition.
• Schedule introductory meetings for Business Development and Account team roles.
• Maintain high outreach activity levels using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Support go-to-market campaigns, webinars, and events with timely outbound-only follow-up.
• Update CRM with accurate notes and data and track key sales metrics.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and continuous learning.
• Curiosity and interest in professional services, accounting, or consulting industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
