Sales Executive

We are hiring a Sales Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangements. In this position, you will support the growth of our recruitment and IT services by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their staffing and technology needs, and driving sales opportunities from first contact through closure. You’ll represent a solutions-driven organization operating across industries, with a focus on delivering value through timely staffing, recruitment services, and IT offerings—particularly in AI, automation, and data security. Roles & Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients through networking, lead generation, and follow-ups.
• Conduct client conversations to understand business requirements for recruitment, onsite staffing, and IT solutions.
• Present service offerings clearly, aligning proposals with customer needs and value drivers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline by managing leads, updates, and next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requirements and documentation.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets while improving conversion rates.
• Prepare reports on sales activity, outcomes, and market feedback to support planning.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to engage clients confidently.
• Sales Skills, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and closing mindset.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to qualify requirements and offer relevant solutions.
• Basic understanding of recruitment/staffing and/or IT services (training/support will be provided).
• Comfort working OnSite and collaborating closely with the sales and delivery teams.
• Self-motivated approach with consistency in target-driven environments.
