What you'll do

• Direct-sell digital payment solutions for in-store retail and e-commerce in your defined sales region.
• Drive proactive new-customer acquisition, with focus on specialized retail.
• Perform successful cold outreach and handle qualified warm leads.
• Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions through to deal closure.
• Build and maintain an interest and customer database.
• Own market share and revenue growth and meet personal targets.

What you'll need

• Commercial training ("kaufmännische Ausbildung").
• Experience in acquiring new customers in direct sales, ideally with retail experience selling digital solutions.
• Communication skills and proven sales ability.
• Professional, committed, and friendly customer-facing approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility, and high self-motivation.
• German and English proficiency (verhandlungssicher).
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and willingness to travel.
