Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to lead quote-to-contract projects and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of quote-to-contract projects from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify pain points, and define scope and objectives.
• Run workshops and requirement elicitation sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, testers, project managers) to deliver solutions.
• Prioritize enhancement requests, assess impact, and manage stakeholder expectations across the project lifecycle.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) with a focus on leading quote-to-contract projects.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with quote-to-contract solutions such as Salesforce CPQ and CLM systems.
• Leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with executives and technical teams.
