Architecture-focused Salesforce professional bridging Salesforce platform expertise with business process understanding to deliver scalable, user-focused CRM solutions.
What you'll do
- Analyze complex business processes and define functional requirements and user stories for Salesforce solutions.
- Lead end-to-end solution design for scalable Service Cloud and Field Service implementations.
- Design and implement Salesforce automation using Flows, Apex, validation rules, approval processes, and custom logic.
- Translate requirements into secure, maintainable Salesforce capabilities through cross-functional stakeholder discussions.
- Manage solution design across integrations, data models, security, reporting, and deployment readiness.
- Support end-to-end delivery, including development, unit testing, UAT support, release coordination, and post-production support.
- Provide SME guidance for Service Cloud (case routing, entitlement processes, knowledge, SLA tracking, support workflows) and Field Service (work order lifecycle, scheduling, dispatch, mobile experience, territories, operational reporting).
What you'll need
- Business systems analysis skills including requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT support.
- Technical architecture capability for scalable solution design, data modeling, security model design, integration patterns, and technical documentation.
- Service Cloud subject-matter expertise including case management and omnichannel routing.
- Field Service Lightning subject-matter expertise including work orders, service appointments, scheduling, dispatch, and technician productivity improvements.
- Development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, triggers, and SOQL.
- Integration skills using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integrations with error handling and data synchronization.
- Delivery experience spanning release planning, change management, deployment coordination, regression testing, and production support.
