Salesforce 架構師 (Salesforce Solution Architect)

Overview

Salesforce Solution Architect role focused on end-to-end digital transformation and business process optimization on the Salesforce platform.

What you'll do

• Lead strategy and transformation blueprint planning for organizations and systems.
• Design Salesforce-related strategies, including governance and long-term development planning.
• Support change management and application promotion to improve post-implementation outcomes.
• Participate in project execution from requirements through go-live, using Waterfall or Agile as needed.
• Own or contribute to application and architecture design, plus detailed design review.
• Drive governance mechanisms (e.g., CoE operations) and provide architecture/design optimization.

What you'll need

• 7+ years practical experience in at least one of: strategy & change design, governance & optimization, or project execution & support.
• 3+ years team leadership or project leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customer executives (including C-level) and stakeholders to form consensus and drive progress.
• Ability to quickly understand business needs and Salesforce-related technical concepts and project methods.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and use AI tools to improve work efficiency and output quality.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and unlearning mindset for adapting to new technologies like AI.
