Senior Engineer, Enterprise BI & Analytics

Overview

Senior Engineer to lead enterprise BI & analytics through hands-on development of Power BI dashboards and the underlying data model.

What you'll do

• Own Power BI dashboards end-to-end across project profitability, utilization/capacity, pipeline/revenue, and FP&A.
• Design star-schema data models and maintain relationships, DAX measures, and report layout.
• Build Power Query (M) pipelines to transform and ingest data with refresh logic.
• Develop and troubleshoot DAX measures for profitability, utilization, coverage, YTD totals, weighted pipeline, and variance.
• Run recurring reconciliation and variance analyses such as forecast-vs-actual and week-over-week pipeline comparisons.
• Audit source-data quality and support data governance by flagging issues before dashboards.
• Create documented deliverables and communicate results to business partners and US-based leadership.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years in data analysis or BI development with significant hands-on Power BI work.
• Strong DAX skills to build models and measures from raw exports independently.
• Strong Power Query (M) skills to build and debug typed transformation pipelines.
• Solid data modeling fundamentals including star schema and grain considerations.
• Advanced Excel experience including reconciliation/variance work.
• Strong SQL with working familiarity with cloud data warehouses and ELT tooling.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
