Senior Factory Simulation Engineer

Overview

Senior Factory Simulation Engineer focused on designing assembly line layouts and validating throughput, efficiency, and material flow.

What you'll do

• Design assembly line designs from scratch based on existing layouts.
• Develop assembly line layout including material movement, assembly, inspection, and packaging.
• Calculate and detail assembly line and operator efficiency.
• Perform line balancing and throughput validation.
• Prepare assembly process simulations and related documentation.
• Work with assembly process simulation and understand PLM connections.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in assembly line design and development.
• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 70% aggregate throughout education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Presentation skills are required.
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Work mode: Hybrid working schedule in Bangalore, with expectation to work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at a Rockwell location unless there is a business obligation.
