Senior Systems Operations Engineer

Overview

Senior Systems Operations Engineer role focused on leading systems operations and maintaining high availability of installed systems and infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Lead or participate in managing installed systems and infrastructure within Systems Operations.
• Review and analyze operational support systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Work with vendors and technical personnel to resolve problems.
• Lead teams to meet technical deliverables using technical process controls/standards.
• Handle ServiceNow Problem and Change Management activities using ticketing workflows.
• Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtual machines, snapshots, storage, cluster tasks, and related components.
• Prepare RCA submissions and meet SLA for RCA submission.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience (or equivalent).
• Experience with VMware Infrastructure system administration.
• Windows/Linux system administration experience.
• At least one regional language and English.
• Problem analysis skills.
• PowerShell/Ansible scripting.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
