Senior Training Specialist

Overview

Senior Training Specialist role focused on delivering hands-on enablement training on Celonis Process Intelligence Technology, primarily for the India region.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops.
• Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys.
• Consult partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate value.
• Develop innovative enablement approaches.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand enablement needs.
• Improve training approach through quality assurance and measuring training impact.
• Coordinate training with internal stakeholders and create training materials.

What you'll need

• Technical training experience with creating and delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of: Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Passion for learning, knowledge transfer, Big Data, and Data Analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with structured approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
