Overview

Senior Wholesale Credit Risk Researcher (SVP) to lead credit risk research and analysis across Citi’s wholesale banking portfolio, informing risk frameworks and senior decision-making.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth credit risk research across the wholesale banking portfolio.
• Develop and enhance credit risk measurement methodologies.
• Analyze credit portfolios to identify emerging risk concentrations, trends, and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor credit risk trends across wholesale counterparties and sectors.
• Produce risk assessment reports that communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Engage with senior business and risk leaders to present research conclusions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of credit risk governance frameworks.

What you'll need

• Deep expertise in wholesale credit risk research/analysis within a financial services environment.
• Ability to develop and enhance credit risk measurement methodologies.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex credit data and draw conclusions.
• Clear communicator for presenting findings to senior/executive audiences.
• Familiarity with wholesale credit risk governance frameworks and the banking credit risk regulatory environment.
• Ability to manage multiple research workstreams within defined timelines.
