About the role

We’re looking for a Site Engineer to manage day-to-day civil work execution across project sites in West India. This role is ideal for a Civil Engineer who can balance quality, timelines, and coordination on the ground while working closely with contractors and internal teams.

What you'll do

Oversee site execution and ensure civil works are completed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep work progressing smoothly
Check material usage, work quality, and progress reporting on a daily basis
Support quantity surveying and assist in measurement verification and billing-related activities
Ensure adherence to site safety standards and maintain compliance with project procedures

What we're looking for

3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction
A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
Strong understanding of construction management, site supervision, and execution practices
Ability to read drawings, track progress, and coordinate effectively with multiple teams
