SOC Design - Staff

Overview

Staff SOC Design role focused on planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing critical electronic systems for hardware products.

What you'll do

• Plan, optimize, verify, and test critical electronic systems, including bring-up yield and circuits.
• Integrate complex features and functionality into hardware designs aligned to proposals or roadmaps.
• Conduct complex simulations and analyses and implement designs for power, performance, and area.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new requirements and update test solutions in production.
• Evaluate, characterize, and develop novel manufacturing solutions for leading-edge products.
• Write detailed technical documentation for complex hardware projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of hardware engineering or related experience.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree with 3+ years of hardware engineering or related experience.
• Alternatively, PhD with 2+ years of hardware engineering or related experience.
• Experience working with circuit design (digital, analog, RF) is required (per preferred experience statement).
• Experience using schematic capture and circuit simulation software is required (per preferred experience statement).
• Experience using hardware design and measurement instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF tools) is required (per preferred experience statement).
