Overview

Solution Architect leading the design and evolution of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and Data Streaming platforms for enterprise data integration.

What you'll do

• Define and drive an architectural vision for scalable, secure, high-performance event-driven data integration platforms.
• Establish and evolve event-driven and streaming architecture patterns.
• Develop the platform strategy and roadmap for Kafka, Solace, and related technologies.
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including scalability, resiliency, security, and observability.
• Design end-to-end event-driven solutions and data models, taxonomies, and integration patterns.
• Lead platform ownership covering topic design, event schemas, and data contracts for streaming ecosystems.
• Guide stakeholder collaboration and communication with product, engineering, and business teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years as a Solution Architect / Platform Architect.
• Proven experience designing event-driven and streaming architectures in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka/Confluent Kafka, Solace Event Broker, and AWS streaming services (Kinesis, MSK).
• Deep knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and streaming patterns.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, security, and data platforms.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, finance) is mentioned as a plus.
• Ability to define reference architectures, NFRs, and fitness functions.
