Sr. Account Manager (Germany) - 14 Month Fixed Term Contract

Overview

Senior Account Manager role on a 14-month fixed-term contract for Germany, partnering with Netflix Sales in pre-to-post sale campaign execution and client service.

What you'll do

• Manage top and strategic accounts with the Sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Lead RFP responses, media plan generation, campaign execution, and delivery performance monitoring.
• Serve as first point of escalation for Account Managers on the team.
• Host weekly pipeline and pacing meetings with Sales Partners.
• Lead strategic media planning and contribute to campaign packaging, pricing, and targeting for RFPs.
• Oversee ad campaign delivery performance and support campaign optimization tactics.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in account management and/or sales planning in the digital media industry.
• Experience focused on video advertising.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
• Experience with sales operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
• Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven project management skills to multitask across stakeholders.

• Germany - Remote.
• Based in Berlin office 3 days per week or remotely from Hamburg or Munich.
