Overview

Sr. Specialist in HRO Payroll & Benefits, responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliance.
• Administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management in line with policy guidelines.
• Ensure payroll and benefits operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and benefits-related queries and ensure smooth process execution.
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits policies, addressing routine and escalated queries.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry practices impacting payroll and benefits administration.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Required skills: Data-Driven Continuous Improvement (DataBridge), Human Resources Operations, Lean Six Sigma (LSS).
• English language proficiency, Proficient - C2 (Required).

Nice to have

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) - Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt Szolnok.
