Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Overview

Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist role at ABB, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Services Team Lead, supporting end-to-end TA service delivery and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Create job postings and manage their workflow administration, and screen applications based on given requirements or job descriptions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and ensure appropriate service delivery assistance for internal stakeholders.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
• Ensure execution and delivery of TA Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
• Prepare information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes.
• Capture TA-related data into appropriate systems as necessary.
• Record candidate inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).
• Guide and assist other team members in meeting SLAs, including those outside the reporting structure.
• Lead process improvement projects as and when required.
• Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders.

What you'll need

• A Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• A full-time/regular MBA with a specialization in HR (mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from a reputed organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in teams, within deadlines, and be process oriented.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company.
