Overview
Technical Deployment Lead for Claude Agentic Solutions, leading end-to-end delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in highly regulated industries.
What you'll do
- Own technical delivery planning for each engagement.
- Structure SOWs with scope, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses.
- Lead technical discovery by mapping workflows, defining MVP scope, and shaping solution architecture.
- Run day-to-day engineering execution and coordinate delivery across Anthropic and customer teams.
- Own product scoping, requirements documentation, backlog prioritization, and evolving scope management.
- Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications, and represent technical credibility.
- Own value measurement via hypotheses, KPIs, pre/post-deployment measurement, and ROI reporting.
What you'll need
- Led AI/ML engagements or deployments, potentially from a founder, data scientist, engineer, researcher, or consulting role.
- Delivered AI/ML/LLM-based agentic solutions into production.
- Understood solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
- Experience in a specialized vertical such as financial services, life sciences, pharmaceutical, retail, mining, or agriculture.
- Comfort handling architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders and evaluating technical trade-offs.
- Executive presence to represent the company to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.

- Expected travel to customer sites: 25–50%.
- Annual compensation range: $275,000–$380,000 USD.
- Location-based hybrid policy: expect staff in an office at least 25% of the time.
