Vendor Management Specialist

Overview

Vendor Management Specialist supporting Physical AI and specialized data operations for vendor-led data collection. You will manage vendor partnerships and coordinate requirements, collection engagements, and delivery timelines.

What you'll do

• Manage vendor partnerships for Physical AI data collection programs.
• Assess off-the-shelf (OTS) data requirements and evaluate fitness-for-purpose, licensing constraints, and data provenance.
• Coordinate multi-site or multi-country data collection engagements to meet quality, coverage, and demographic representation requirements.
• Bridge operational work between internal data science/product teams and external vendors on collection protocols, tooling requirements, and delivery timelines.

What you'll need

• Experience managing vendor partnerships for data collection programs.
• Knowledge of OTS (off-the-shelf) data requirements, including licensing constraints and data provenance.
• Ability to coordinate multi-site or multi-country data collection engagements.
• Capability to support coordination of collection protocols, tooling requirements, and delivery timelines.
