VOTF Feedback and Reporting Analyst, Client Segments, Analyst, Wealth Management

Overview

VOTF Feedback and Reporting Analyst will support the Field Service Field Feedback & Engagement Management team by managing the feedback lifecycle and producing analytics and management reporting for Wealth Management client segments.

What you'll do

• Oversee and review feedback assignments and alignment to corresponding business areas.
• Escalate feedback when required and manage business partner outreach for unclaimed feedback cases.
• Ensure consistent Field Experience by meeting target SLA agreements.
• Develop and maintain program queue lists, knowledge base articles, and process/procedure documentation.
• Maintain open case tracking reports and manage the program mailbox to respond to inquiries.
• Create data analysis reporting to support metrics, identify trends/opportunities, and handle ad-hoc requests.
• Produce PowerPoint presentations for management and business partner meetings; support ad-hoc Field Service initiatives.

What you'll need

• Experience of 6 months to 2 years.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with prioritization.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
