West Sales P&O BP

Overview

The West Sales P&O BP role supports the West & South region by managing personal administration, payroll, performance management, training, employee benefits, employee relations, and facilities support.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Sales positions in the region.
• Coordinate offer negotiations, closures, and interview scheduling activities.
• Support joining and onboarding steps including pre-medical, background verification, and offer letters.
• Share monthly attendance and payroll inputs and help ensure timely salary payments.
• Update and maintain regional employee and attrition/talent review data on a monthly basis.
• Handle PDP/goal setting, mid-year and end-year review completion, and promotion/increment letter issuance.
• Conduct training and handle employee grievances/queries including escalation and resolution.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist role in the FMCG or service industry.
• Master’s degree in business administration with specialization in Human Resources.
• English proficiency to engage business stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee data, performance management, training, employee benefits, engagement, employee relations, and exit processes.
