What you'll do

• Analyze complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement within Workday Human Capital Management systems.
• Manage client engagements and deliver tailored solutions in Workday Compensation and Talent Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics.
• Lead the development and execution of employee engagement strategies and surveys.
• Use analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights for organizational development.
• Support change management initiatives to drive successful HR transformations.
• Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.
• Guide junior team members and provide mentorship to enhance their professional growth.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
