Account Executive 4

Overview

Account Executive - New Business (Global Sales) responsible for prospecting, solution selling, and closing new business across the Twilio platform.

What you'll do

• Drive new customer acquisition across the full Twilio portfolio while owning a quota for iACV.
• Run analytical, consultative sales cycles to move beyond transactional relationships.
• Multi-thread enterprise accounts and build trusted relationships up to C-suite.
• Work with customers across assigned verticals and regions to understand business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with specialists to incubate new solutions and accelerate platform adoption.
• Design mutually beneficial contracts with Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Operations.

What you'll need

• 12 years of full cycle sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products/solutions for customers.
• Demonstrated track record of selling and closing in cloud communications and customer data platform markets with multi-product adoption focus.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and a total account relationship strategy for profitable revenue growth.
• Proven consultative technical solution selling with deep discovery for integrated SaaS and API solutions.
• Comfort influencing line of business and highly technical leaders on data and AI value.

Details

• Employment is remote and based in Singapore.
• Up to 30% travel is anticipated.
