Account Executive, Commercial Accounts

Overview

Account Executive for Commercial Accounts responsible for developing and closing business opportunities in the assigned market (private customer segment) in collaboration with partner sales.

What you'll do

• Develop and realize sales opportunities in the private customer segment.
• Work with partners to successfully implement sales deals with their end customers.
• Approach new customers actively, including cold outreach, for Mid-Market and higher customer segments.
• Identify and execute up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Maintain forecasts and account/opportunity information in Salesforce.
• Propose, coordinate, and participate in marketing activities in the defined sales territory.

What you'll need

• Experience in direct sales and acquiring new customers.
• Advantage: experience with virtualization, cloud, and SaaS providers.
• Experience selling through partner channels and direct sales.
• Demonstrated sales success selling to IT infrastructure specialists.
• Ability to develop new sales opportunities.
• German and English negotiation-level language skills.

• Location: ideally in Nordrhein-Westfalen (e.g., Cologne, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen, or Duisburg).
• Work mode: Remote.
• Travel readiness: at least 50%.
• Valid class B driver’s license.
