Account Executive, Enterprise - Mountain

Overview

Account Executive, Enterprise - Mountain is responsible for developing and closing business with Motive’s largest prospects, selling into impactful enterprise companies across North America that power the physical economy.

What you'll do

• Prospect and win new Enterprise business by developing key executive relationships.
• Drive expansion across key accounts and grow share of wallet.
• Secure RFP wins and grow contractual-based business through executive relationships.
• Partner with account team resources to optimize buying decisions using customer analytics.
• Resolve customer issues by thinking critically and implementing best available solutions.
• Work with technical resources to demonstrate integrations and the partner ecosystem value.
• Plan to meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of SaaS or industry-relevant Enterprise field sales experience.
• Deep Enterprise sales experience partnering with F1000 clients.
• Strong track record of exceeding quotas and growing a book over time (data-backed).
• Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers.
• History of working independently with a data-driven mindset for sales goals.
• Best-in-class communication skills; ability to convey value propositions and manage objections.

Details

• Work mode: Remote (United States).
• Pay (on-target earnings base pay + commissions): $230,000–$300,000 USD depending on location in the U.S.
