Account Executive, Enterprise - West

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for developing and closing business with Motive’s largest prospects in the Enterprise segment.

What you'll do

• Prospect and win new Enterprise business by developing executive relationships and driving expansion.
• Grow share of wallet by understanding clients’ businesses and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration.
• Build and manage key executive relationships to support RFP wins and grow contractual-based business.
• Partner with the account team and use customer analytics to optimize buying decisions.
• Resolve customer problems by identifying issues, thinking critically, and implementing best available solutions.
• Plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
• Develop a deep understanding of the technology platform and operations to provide market-driven feedback to the business.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of SaaS or industry-relevant Enterprise field sales experience.
• Deep Enterprise sales experience partnering with F1000 clients.
• A strong track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing a book over time, backed by data.
• Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes.
• History of working independently with a data-driven mindset to plan short-, medium-, and long-term sales goals.
• Best-in-class communication skills for conveying value propositions and managing objections.
• Technical aptitude and high attention to detail.

• Open territory: West Coast (California, Oregon, or Washington).
• Pay range depends on location: Bay Area, CA $230,000–$300,000 USD; other U.S. locations $230,000–$300,000 USD.
