Overview

You will lead a field sales team to drive Omni business across a territory, manage key Modern Trade accounts and outlets, and achieve annual KPIs and revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Manage, develop, and motivate field sales representatives to deliver sales strategy and annual KPIs.
• Create and manage an annual business unit plan and provide required reporting.
• Define, monitor, and deliver key business and Sales & Distribution objectives on monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.
• Manage relationships with key customers and align internal stakeholders to optimize returns in your area.
• Drive category tools usage to coach the team and influence customers to grow categories.
• Ensure execution of promotional activities and Below The Line (BTL) initiatives and maximize campaign ROI.

What you'll need

• Considerable knowledge of market and routes-to-market where Mondelez operates.
• Experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interacting skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
