Overview

Lead a team of field sales representatives to execute the sales strategy and achieve annual KPIs and targets for a defined area.

What you'll do

• Manage, develop, and motivate field sales representatives.
• Coordinate with the sales capability team to deliver training to the team.
• Create and manage an annual business unit plan tied to channel revenue KPIs and targets.
• Manage customer business relationships to support execution of sales/category plans.
• Work with stakeholders (account, category, activation, sales capability, customer finance) to optimize returns.
• Coach the team on category tools to engage and influence customers and grow category results.

What you'll need

• Considerable knowledge of the market and routes-to-market where the company performs.
• Experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
• Pertseverance and attention to detail.
• MBA.
