Associate Consultant - IT

Overview

Associate Consultant – IT will research and analyze complex business problems to deliver automated, customized, and standardized systems solutions, improve operational efficiency, and ensure reliable system operations.

What you'll do

• Research and analyze business problems to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Offer consultation and guidance to users on automated tools and technologies.
• Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements aligned to deliverables and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues to ensure continuous availability.
• Execute global IT initiatives and projects while adhering to timelines, scope, and standards.

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of related experience is required.
• Must be a graduate.
• Techno-functional knowledge related to Direct & Indirect Procurement is required.
• Education background in systems or industrial engineering, computer science, programming, or related areas (or relevant work experience) is required.
• Knowledge of Ivalua, Procurement eCommerce application, and SQL is required.
• Very strong negotiation and project self-driven skills are required.
• Strong requirement gathering and gap analysis is expected.
