Overview

Associate, Derivatives Operations, Tech & Ops supporting the post-trade lifecycle for cleared derivatives and collateral management.

What you'll do

• Assist management with integrating Collateral Management and cleared OTC and exchange-traded derivative functions into a core BlackRock location.
• Resolve and escalate aged or high-value collateral or margin exceptions while adhering to operational risk management targets.
• Participate in weekly Technology/Operations meetings by collating and presenting BAU issues needing remediation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external providers and third parties to support service delivery and project progress.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure service levels from third-party providers for BlackRock and clients.
• Act as a subject matter specialist for business development, including attending prospect meetings and supporting operational demos for Aladdin implementation.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Capital Market/Financial Industry.
• Enjoys operating in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Numerically proficient with outstanding analytical skills.
• Deep interest in data, metrics, analysis, and trends.
• Use data to drive decisions and challenge the status quo.
• Identify and resolve operational risk embedded in collateral or clearing.
• Willingness to work toward gaining detailed understanding of the Aladdin architecture framework.

• Location: Gurugram, India.
• Hybrid work model: at least 4 days in the office per week and 1 day working from home.
