AVP Sales Support Specialist - Issuer Services Agency and Trust

Overview

Sales Support Specialist for issuer services, supporting the full client and sales lifecycle and partnering with sales, clients, and control functions.

What you'll do

• Support salespeople, client executives, and clients across the client and sales lifecycle.
• Coordinate internally and prepare materials for client meetings, including client presentations and marketing materials.
• Attend client meetings and document call reports in the appropriate systems.
• Track and execute follow-up items from internal and client meetings.
• Develop and execute client strategy and sales initiatives, including maintaining related reports.
• Maintain CRM and other internal systems as active and accurate, and lead governance and controls.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance on governance and control infrastructure.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Knowledge of client onboarding procedures, including KYC requirements and OFAC.
• Proficiency using a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and general computer skills.
• Experience with CRM, OneKYC, and other internal compliance and sales management systems/policies.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Series 7 and 63 required.
• Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience.
