Business Development Executive

About the Job

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive for a Full-time opportunity with OnSite work arrangement. In this role, you will help drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll promote recruitment and IT services and contribute to expanding our client base through consistent prospecting, effective communication, and outcome-focused follow-ups. Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and targeted outreach.
• Understand client requirements and position relevant services, ensuring accurate need-mapping and value communication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by following up, addressing queries, and managing expectations.
• Support the sales process end-to-end: from initial discussion to proposal sharing, negotiation, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery alignment and timely updates throughout the sales cycle.
• Track leads, opportunities, and conversion progress using internal tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Meet and work toward monthly/quarterly targets by focusing on measurable pipeline growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and persuasively.
• A minimum educational qualification of any graduation.
• Comfort working OnSite and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of sales fundamentals such as lead handling, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and improve continuously.
