Business Development Representative

Overview

Entry-level Business Development Representative focused on 100% outbound prospecting and consultative selling to qualify sales opportunities.

What you'll do

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities using a 100% outbound motion.
• Engage prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Qualify leads using the SPICED methodology.
• Manage daily activities to meet lead volume and pipeline generation targets.
• Proactively learn and articulate the value of Nextiva products and services.
• Partner with Account Executives to support top-of-funnel activity.

What you'll need

• Ability to work onsite five days per week at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters.
• Strong verbal and written communication for outbound calls and email outreach.
• Comfort making outbound calls and engaging prospects.
• Interest in B2B SaaS/technology sales and willingness to learn Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Organized follow-through, resilience, coachability, and motivation to succeed in an activity-driven environment.
• Familiarity/experience such as sales, customer-facing, competitive, internship, athletics, leadership, or other performance-driven experience.

• Onsite role based at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters.
