Mid-Market Account Executive

Overview

Mid-Market Account Executive driving new business for the Mid-Market sales segment. Owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing for companies operating 50–174 trucks.

What you'll do

• Drive new business logos while meeting or exceeding monthly revenue quotas.
• Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, qualification, negotiation, and close.
• Generate outbound leads via cold calling and strategic outreach to meet KPI metrics.
• Run discovery calls, demos, and trials to understand customer challenges and goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and related teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting with strong attention to detail.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent SaaS closing experience.
• 2+ years in a full-cycle sales role (SaaS preferred).
• Proven quota achievement in a new business/outbound sales role.
• Experience partnering with Sales Engineers and SDRs (trial experience is a plus).
• Ability to own prospecting through demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment and willingness to ramp quickly.

• Compensation range: $142,000–$197,000 OTE + uncapped commissions and equity.
