Business Development Representative, WFM

Overview

Business Development Representative (BDR) for Payoneer WFM, focused on generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers.

What you'll do

• Actively seek new business opportunities and engage potential customers globally.
• Research, identify, and prospect for new customers and relevant prospect information.
• Nurture and qualify inbound interested leads for meaningful conversations.
• Reach out via cold calling using phone, email, and social media for outbound prospecting.
• Present the company to prospects, identify needs, and suggest products/services.
• Set up quality lead meetings for Account Executives and share detailed prospect interaction notes.
• Consistently achieve assigned lead generation quotas and performance goals.

What you'll need

• 0-2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Development roles.
• Ability to articulate value propositions and build relationships with prospects.
• Passion for lead generation, including cold-calling and social selling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work at flexible timings.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-growth/startup environment.
• Prior experience selling to HR leaders globally.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
• Ability to build rapport with prospects across multiple geographies and cultures.
