Business Operations & Excellence Director, Germany

Overview

Business Operations & Excellence Director responsible for operational excellence across planning, execution, and performance tracking for the Germany in-market portfolio.

What you'll do

• Lead coordination and execution of projects and internal/external initiatives and events.
• Translate country/regional/global priorities into annual operational plans, KPIs, and milestones.
• Define and monitor KPI reporting frameworks and support analytics/digital tools and dashboards.
• Coordinate business reviews with agendas, aligned submission timelines, and tracked follow-up actions.
• Supervise execution of approved initiatives ensuring timelines, resources, and budgets are managed.
• Coordinate congress and event planning and lead cross-training and competency programs.
• Manage cross-functional alignment across commercial, medical, and corporate functions and serve as liaison to European/Global teams.

What you'll need

• At least 10 years of qualified work experience in project management and related operations management areas.
• Experience in oncology or hemato-oncology is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence in pharma companies.
• Strong leadership and time/task/resource management skills.
• Fluency in both verbal and written German and English.
• Proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite.
• Planning, project management, and analytical skills.

Details

• Location: Germany (Remote).
• Travel: Approximately 20% to 30% of the time.
• Salary range (Germany): EUR 120,000.00 to EUR 150,000.00.
