Customer Success - DACH

Overview

Customer Success role focused on owning technical depth and commercial outcomes for customers across the DACH region.

Own onboarding, deployment guidance, and revenue retention/growth outcomes for a defined book of business.

What you'll do

• Run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs’ platform and products.
• Advise customers on production deployment using usage and performance data.
• Own renewals, expansion, and cross-sell end to end for a defined book.
• Drive revenue retention metrics such as gross and net revenue retention.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities early.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management experience in complex B2B SaaS/Developer Tools/AI-ML.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven experience owning and managing a defined Book of Business.
• Proven experience working across the DACH market.
• Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents.
• Comfort navigating SDKs and working with API integrations.
• Proven cross-functional experience with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
