Overview
Employee Experience Specialist supporting the planning and execution of company-wide employee experience programs across global offices.
What you'll do
- Manage global signature events end to end, including company anniversaries and holiday parties.
- Provide on-the-ground execution in New York by coordinating vendors and resolving issues during events.
- Run recognition and milestones operations, including Harvey Honors nominations, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Help set up and operate swag programs, including a self-serve swag store.
- Coordinate Harvey Hangouts by managing facilitators, budgets, participation tracking, and U.S. event logistics.
- Own the events calendar theming and guidelines used by offices, while local teams handle office-specific execution.
- Handle core operational tasks like RSVPs, accessibility needs, contracts, invoices, shipping, and budget tracking.
- Collect feedback via surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups to refine future programs.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of hands-on event experience running logistics repeatedly.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and taking action in a function being built.
- Strong organizational skills for vendor contracts, RSVP lists, and shipping logistics across multiple programs.
- A genuine preference for owning the operational side and executing logistics directly.
- Ability to communicate across time zones and cultures with stakeholders in multiple regions.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a service-first mindset.
