Executive - Sales & Business Development

Overview

Executive - Sales & Business Development responsible for regional sales and revenue targets at ALS.

What you'll do

• Drive revenue targets and KPIs for the region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities from leads and enquiries.
• Conduct market research on regional trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact for regional clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote services.
• Prepare proposals/quotations and negotiate to secure projects.

What you'll need

• Must conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting.
• Must present sales information for internal reviews and leadership meetings.
• Must analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Must prepare and deliver client proposals/quotations.
