GIS Automation Testing - Associate

Overview

GIS Automation Testing role (Associate) supporting client engagements in Business Application Consulting, focused on Maximo Consulting and GIS testing/automation activities.

What you'll do

• Work with Functional Analysts and Tech Teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios and test cases.
• Develop and document GIS test plans, strategies, and test cases for desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
• Review Data QA and acceptance criteria with the DB team.
• Plan and execute test cases with Testing COE and Test Teams, including building GIS-driven test scripts.
• Build GIS test automation for functional scenarios in desktop and web environments.
• Conduct ST/SIT, facilitate UAT, manage defects, and support go-live sanity testing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years working experience with Esri ArcGIS software (Enterprise, Desktop, Server, ArcGIS Pro, Online).
• Understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and components like ArcGIS Server, Portal, and data store.
• Understanding of Utilities domain and Esri Utility Network.
• Understanding of ArcGIS Pro concepts including maps, projects, editing templates, and tasks.
• Understanding of Esri geoprocessing tools such as model builder.
• Basic GIS concepts including topology, connectivity, utility network, and projection systems.
• Understanding of geodatabases (versioning and spatial data types) and testing/performance tools like PerfQAAnalyzer and ArcGIS Monitor.
